An Irish Session is a gathering of musicians who play traditional Irish songs on a variety of instruments in an informal setting. We gather in a circle and cycle through these great old melodies - check out this song and these 2 songs if you'd like to get a jump on some tunes we'll be focusing on.

Bring your fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bodhran, banjo, tin whistle, flute and other Irish instrument.
Come and play or listen and learn!
- Free to the public
- Learning tunes by ear is preferred, but sheet music is also welcome
- Bring your own sheet music (and a few spare copies if you plan on teaching a new tune)
- Some suggested books might be The Fiddler’s Fakebook (contains some standard Irish tunes), Jigs, Reels and Hornpipes, The Comhaltas Session book, and The Session website (on a tablet)
